The universe originated with the Big Bang. According the science we know, that is the most plausible explanation. But that exactly is my point. Every thing we presume in the universe is based on what we know. Which might not be the same everywhere.
For all you know, gravity might be a repulsion force.
We might have discovered that the earth is not at the centre of everything, but at heart we still believe it does.
Parallel Theory does acknowledge this, but then ends up saying that is a different universe.

ReplyDeleteWell, I guess there is no "true perception". Everything is experienced through our consciousness, which has its limits.
Maybe causality is just in our heads, maybe nothing "caused" the universe to happen. For all you know, maybe the Earth really is at the center of it all, for everything is relative anyway.
Whatever it is, I wish we weren't taught such definitive concepts, for the only thing we know for sure, is that we don't know anything for sure!
Yeah but when billions of dollars are being spent for research, it would help to think out of the box wouldn't it
